Independent Accountants' Report on the CFPB's Fiscal Year 2025 Compliance with the Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019

We contracted with an independent accounting firm to audit the CFPB's compliance for fiscal year 2025 with the Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019. We reviewed and monitored the work of the contractor to ensure compliance with the contract and Government Auditing Standards. The contractor determined that the CFPB complied with the applicable requirements of the PIIA.
