The Board's Projection Collection System is used to securely store economic projections from Federal Open Market Committee participants.

Overall, the security controls we tested for the PCS were effective. For example, privileged access was provisioned on a need-to-know basis and events were logged and retained as required. However, the Board can strengthen configuration management controls.
