Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council Financial Statements as of and for the Years Ended December 31, 2016 and 2015, and Independent Auditors' Reports

The Board performs the accounting function for the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, and we contracted with an independent public accounting firm to audit the FFIEC's financial statements as of and for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015. We reviewed and monitored the work of the contractor to ensure compliance with Government Auditing Standards and the contract.
