Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council Financial Statements as of and for the Years Ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, and Independent Auditors’ Reports

The Board performs the accounting function for the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), and the OIG contracted with an independent public accounting firm to audit the financial statements of the FFIEC as of and for the year ended December 31, 2015. The financial statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2014, were audited by a different independent public accounting firm. The OIG reviews and monitors the work of the contractor to ensure compliance with Government Auditing Standards and the contract.
