Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council Financial Statements as of and for the Years Ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, and Independent Auditors' Reports

The Board performs the accounting function for the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, and we contracted with an independent public accounting firm to audit the FFIEC's financial statements as of and for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020. We reviewed and monitored the work of the firm to ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and the contract.

In the firm's opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the FFIEC as of December 31, 2021 and 2020, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for those years in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
